On Thursday 13 August 2026, our annual SIP & SAYE Survey Launch and Summer Networking Event was kindly hosted by J.P. Morgan at their London offices. A panel of esteemed share plan experts unpacked the key findings from the report and shared valuable insights and perspectives with attendees. Following the launch, guests enjoyed our Summer Networking event, which provided an excellent opportunity to connect with fellow industry professionals.

On 3 September 2026, ProShare hosted a parliamentary reception on the Terrace at the House of Commons, bringing together parliamentarians, industry leaders and key stakeholders in support of employee share ownership. The event provided an opportunity to highlight ProShare's campaign to modernise legislation for all-employee share plans and to showcase the significant benefits that Share Incentive Plans (SIP) and Save As You Earn (SAYE) schemes deliver to employees across the UK workforce. Attendees engaged with MPs and policymakers to increase awareness of the value of employee share ownership and to demonstrate the strong industry support for these important schemes. The reception also highlighted the positive impact that SIP and SAYE have on employee engagement, financial wellbeing and long-term business success. ProShare would like to thank all those who attended and contributed to making the event a success at such an important time for the future of employee share plans.
