Focus Groups

One of the benefits of your ProShare membership is access for you and your team to our member-only focus groups. All focus groups are led by industry experts and provide a relaxed and friendly environment where updates are provided, insights shared, hot topics - relevant to each group - are discussed, and best practices and new ideas are explored. We also like to hear from members on any topics, questions, or updates they might have - so please do let us know if you have anything to be considered for inclusion on any of our agendas.

Focus Groups

If you would like to be added to the mailing list for any of these groups, please let us know and we’ll ensure you get the latest updates for them. Please note these focus groups are only for organisations which are ProShare members unless specified. If you’re not sure whether your company is currently a member, or if you’d like to discuss becoming a member, please get in touch with us on team@proshare.org

Based in London, we are a team of three partners and 11 other advisers, all of whom are dedicated equity plan specialists – making us one of the largest teams with this specialism to be found in any UK full-service law firm.  Our team is highly experienced in advising clients on the legal, tax, regulatory and compliance aspects of global equity plans from all employee purchase plans through to bespoke arrangements for senior executives, including tax advantaged arrangements both in the UK and overseas.  This experience allows us to share market practice to augment our legal and tax advice to help clients develop a practical and commercial way forward.

We are agile and respond to our clients’ needs, understanding that there is no ‘one size fits all’ approach and so are well placed to offer support, whether that is in respect of the design and launch of a new plan, a roll out to a new jurisdiction or a corporate event impacting global employees.  We work with our network of equity plan specialists in over 110 counties (including CMS offices in over 50 jurisdictions), giving us a global reach that is second to none.
