Teriyaki Salmon with sesame seeds baby bok choy and peach gel

Braised Beef rib with silver onions, emmanthal potato, grilled gem lettuce
Cauliflower and coconut curry with roasted celeriac, courgette and basmati rice (V)

Layered chocolate & caramel praline ganache on a chocolate flourless brownie
Dark Chocolate sphere with dark chocolate ganache and fig jam (V)
